I have been doing this every Tuesday for about 5/6 weeks now after having my second baby. As the weeks have gone on,
I can tell that my level of fitness is improving & my core muscles are getting stronger again. I love the combination of the cardio & the toning of the arms, bums & tums. The music is ace & keeps you motivated & Lynne is an excellent Instructor & also a very good motivator! Definitely recommend both Boogie Bounce & Clubbercise with Lynne!

Energy levels increased and stress levels reduced.
Love the bums and tums session the end.
